  • We begin networking and reaching out to find the perfect home, or we begin marketing implementation to get their home sold.
  • We keep you posted about when the close of escrow takes place and let you know when the contingencies have all been fulfilled.
  • Upon successful close of escrow, you receive a 5% referral fee based on our commission applied towards your next closing.
